Is it just me, or is there this big red window in the top left of your colony screen, telling you to do stuff like building a fighter's bay, marketplace, or embassy? I can't upgrade some buildings because this thing blocks them! So now, many of my colonies are building things I didn't want to build just yet, so that screen will GO AWAY. ... hmm, no angry smiley. Anyway, this is... extremely annoying.
