I'm in a bit of a need for SC. By which I mean, I'm extremely short on it. However, I've got enough excess food to feed half the alliance and enough Irridium to upgrade quite a bit of its buildings. I've managed to work my market up to level 9, so I can transport 11,700 resources at a time.
Also, Neo Rome is just about my only colony with a market, so it serves as an SC dissemination point. So please send any resources there.
